Delivery
Gigglepin Australia provides free standard delivery within Australia for orders placed directly through this website.
International shipping is available and may incur additional charges. Where additional costs apply, we will contact you prior to dispatch.
We aim to dispatch all orders within two (2) business days from receipt of order. In some cases, dispatch may take longer where products are:

temporarily out of stock

subject to supplier availability
If dispatch is delayed, a representative from Gigglepin Australia will contact you within two business days of your order being placed.
While we make every effort to ensure product availability, items displayed on this website may occasionally be out of stock. Where this occurs, we will work to supply the item as quickly as possible and keep you informed.
Gigglepin Australia takes reasonable care to ensure that information on this website is accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of an error that affects an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will notify you promptly. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Gigglepin Australia is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier or postal service providers once goods have been dispatched.
International Orders & Identity Verification
To help prevent fraud and protect both our customers and our business, Gigglepin Australia may request additional verification for international orders.
This may include confirmation of identity and/or payment details prior to dispatch. Verification requests are limited to what is reasonably necessary to confirm the legitimacy of the transaction.
If requested verification is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, Gigglepin Australia reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
All personal information provided for verification purposes is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not retained beyond what is required to process the order.
Purchases Through Authorised Dealers & Distributors
Products purchased through an authorised Gigglepin Australia dealer or distributor must be returned to the original place of purchase for all warranty, return, or exchange enquiries.
Gigglepin Australia is unable to process warranty claims or returns for dealer-supplied products without valid proof of purchase from the original dealer.
Customers who have purchased through a dealer are required to contact that dealer directly to initiate any warranty or return process, in accordance with the dealer’s own policies and procedures.
Warranty Policy
All products sold by Gigglepin Australia are supplied with the full manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
For products purchased directly from Gigglepin Australia, warranty claims require the product to be returned to our Canberra warehouse for assessment. Customers must contact us via the Contact Us page to initiate a warranty claim and obtain a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) before returning any item.
Warranty outcomes, including repair, replacement, or refund, are determined in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Procedure (Direct Purchases Only)

Contact Gigglepin Australia via the Contact Us page to request a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA).

You may be asked to provide photographs or additional information to assist with assessment and supplier processing.

Return the product to us clearly marked with the issued RMA number. We strongly recommend using registered post or a reputable courier service.

Once the product has been received and assessed, we will arrange shipment of a repaired or replacement item where applicable.
Warranty claims for products purchased through authorised dealers must be initiated through the original dealer, not Gigglepin Australia.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply where products have been:

incorrectly installed
-
modified
-
misused
-
fitted outside of their intended application
Gigglepin Australia does not provide warranty coverage for GP SuperShafts unless they are purchased in conjunction with a genuine Gigglepin 7550 main gear.
Warranty coverage also does not apply to main gears or similar components where they are not fitted to genuine Gigglepin or Warn drums.
Returns & Freight Responsibility
Faulty, Incorrect, or Not-As-Described Products
If a product supplied by Gigglepin Australia is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, Gigglepin Australia will cover the cost of return freight and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
This may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances. Return freight will be organised by Gigglepin Australia or reimbursed where appropriate.
Customers must contact us prior to returning any faulty or incorrect item to obtain an RMA and return instructions.
Change-of-Mind Returns (Direct Purchases Only)
For change-of-mind returns on products purchased directly from Gigglepin Australia, return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Change-of-mind returns are subject to the following conditions:

A 20% restocking fee applies

Original proof of purchase must be provided

Products must be unused, unfitted, and in original saleable condition, including all original packaging

Outbound freight for exchanged items is also the responsibility of the customer
We are unable to accept returns for products that have been installed, used, or are not in original condition.

Once an RMA has been issued, we will provide return instructions specific to your order, including the appropriate return location.

Products returned without a valid RMA or without prior approval may not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using registered post or a reputable courier service for all returns.
Gigglepin Australia does not accept unsolicited or unapproved returns.
